We are excited to announce that MEREDA's DevelopME Committee is partnering with The Real Estate Learning Group to bring you this accredited event approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for Three Clock Hours of Continuing Education Credits for Real Estate Licensees.

This course provides an in-depth examination for real estate professionals looking to deepen their understanding of antitrust laws and their impact on the real estate industry. It offers participants the chance to gain a clearer comprehension of and communicate more effectively about licensee compensation with clients. Additionally, the program covers listing and buyer agreements, explains the distinctions between customer and client statuses, and includes an overview of commission lawsuits, enhancing participants' knowledge and professional practice in the real estate field.
