Updated Statement from Syniverse Regarding Service Disruption Issues for Overseas Travelers

We want to update you on the service disruption that has affected many consumers traveling abroad to and from North America.

Syniverse identified the origins of the problem that led to the disruption, and we're working with our global partners to resolve the issue and return service to normal. While we have seen significant improvement in our systems, some issues remain across the global ecosystem due to the complexities and interdependencies of telecom networks around the world. We're aware that some consumers continue to experience service disruption and connectivity issues.

We are in close contact with our partners to troubleshoot across global networks and prevent further disruption. We will continue to work as a global team until we can collectively restore subscriber experience, regardless of location, provider, or connectivity partner.

Again, we understand the inconvenience this causes for consumers, and we are deploying all resources at our disposal to return service to normal. We will keep you updated as we know more, and we're providing updates across our properties.
