Continuous Closures Coming For SR 42/North Druid Hills Road Near I-85
WHAT: Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) contractors will implement a continuous weekend closure of two lanes on State Route 42/North Druid Hills Road westbound between Tullie Road and Interstate 85 northbound Frontage Road including the right-turn lane to I-85 beginning Friday, Sept. 6, at 8 p.m. through Monday, Sept. 9, at 5 a.m. This work will return Friday, Sept. 13, through Monday, Sept. 16, as weather allows.

The closure periods are for utility work. Motorists will still be able to access I-85 northbound and I-85 northbound Frontage Road during these times.

Continuous Weekend Closures

Friday, September 6, at 8 p.m. through Monday, September 9, at 5 a.m.
Friday, September 13, at 8 p.m. through Monday, September 16, at 5 a.m.
  • Two, right lanes on SR 42/North Druid Hills Road westbound from Tullie Road to I-85 northbound Frontage Road
