Beavercreek Parks Accepting Applications for Adult Recreational Soccer League Referees

The City of Beavercreek's Parks, Recreation & Culture Division is accepting applications for referees for its adult recreational co-ed soccer league. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in the community, stay active, and earn extra income!

The league is open to men and women aged 18 and older, with games held on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Each session spans seven weeks, with this year's fall session starting on Sunday, August 25. Games will take place at either the Ankeney Soccer Complex, located at 505 South Orchard Lane, or Rotary Park, located at 2260 Dayton-Xenia Road, and will follow U.S. Soccer Federation Rules.

Referees can expect to earn between $60 to $75 per game, depending on their qualifications and experience, with each game lasting 70 minutes. There is the opportunity to referee multiple games each Sunday. Referees will be paid by check from the City of Beavercreek at the end of each season or monthly, based on preference. Candidates may be subject to a background check and must have proper insurance coverage, listing the City of Beavercreek as an additional insured.

Whether you are an experienced referee or new to officiating, we encourage you to apply. For more information or to sign up, contact Beavercreek Parks, Recreation & Culture's Assistant Director, Erin Harris, by emailing [email protected] or calling (937) 427-5514.
