Relief Printing with Rubber Stamps is set for 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at Summerglen Branch Library.

  • Participants will learn to design, carve and print rubber stamp relief prints.
  • Relief printing is the earliest form of printmaking in the world, laying the foundation for spreading information through books and images.
  • While making your own prints, you will also learn about this history.

Papermaking with Invasive Plants is set for 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Southwest Regional Library.

  • Participants will learn about the history of papermaking as well as the plants and ecology of the region and create pulp paintings.
  • This session can get a little messy and will be conducted outdoors.
