Scituate Barracks

On Saturday, July 20th, 2024 at 10:39 AM, Troopers arrested Brian Silva, age 35, of 9 Stuart Street, Warren, RI for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charges of 1.) Cyberstalking and Cyberstalking Prohibited and 2.) Disorderly Conduct out of the Warren Police Department. The arrest was a result of Troopers conducting a warrant check for the subject at Curreri Collision in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and later turned over to the Warren Police Department.

On Saturday, July 20th, 2024 at 11:16 PM, Troopers arrested Alexi Ruiz Almodovar, age 56, of 693 Atwells Avenue, Providence, RI for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - .15 or Greater - First Offense (Phase I: .178%; Phase II: .174%. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future court date.

On Sunday, July 21st, 2024 at 3:00 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Arruda, age 26, of 1146 Ray Street, Fall River, MA for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs -BAC Unknown- First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

On Sunday, July 21st, 2024 at at 3:00 AM, Troopers arrested Rubenz Regis, age 27, of 187 Poskus Street, Stoughton, MA for 1.) 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs -BAC Unknown- First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a Motor Vehicle Crash in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future court date.
