Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:36 AM, Troopers arrested Silvio Freitas, age 23, of 394 Lonsdale Avenue, Apt. 1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 10:47 AM, Troopers arrested Nicholas Nieves, age 34, of 1809 Warwick Avenue, Apt. 30, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order - 3rd and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center as probation violator.

At 4:13 PM, Troopers arrested Keven Furtado, age 29, of 20 Lawrence Street, Brockton, Massachusetts, for Possession of a Schedule I - V Controlled Substance 10 grams or less (Fentanyl). The arrest is a result of a motor vehicle stop on George Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center as a bail and probation violator.

At 1:10 AM, Troopers arrested Devon O. Bullard, age 32, of 166 Cottage Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult, with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 3:31 AM, Troopers arrested Dominique R. Delves, age 30, of 6 Comstock Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult, with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
