Johnson and Lee Recognized at Diversity in Law Awards Event

Taft partners Lacy Johnson and Chou-il Lee were recognized by The Indiana Lawyer at the Diversity in Law Awards Event on Oct. 2. Johnson was recognized as the 2024 Trailblazer Award Honoree and Lee was recognized as a Diversity in Law honoree. The event recognizes attorneys and judges who actively work to promote different forms of diversity within the legal profession.

Johnson is a partner in Taft's Public Affairs Strategies Group with more than 30 years of experience focusing on public affairs and government. He serves and has served on numerous professional and civic boards. Johnson is partner-in-charge of Taft's Washington, DC office and a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Lee is a partner at Taft and leads the firm's Indiana Municipal group. He concentrates his practice on all matters involving litigation and municipal representation. Lee is a member of Taft's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and the firm's Recruiting Committee.
