6 Insight, SADA Leaders Selected as Finalists for CRN 2024 Women of the Year Awards

For the second year in a row, several leaders from Insight and SADA have been selected as finalists for the CRN Women of the Year Award. The winners will be announced at an awards gala on Dec. 10 in New York City.

The 2024 CRN Women of the Year Awards recognize remarkable women, companies, and allies who are actively driving positive change within the tech industry. These individuals champion diversity through their leadership and initiatives, paving the way for a brighter future where opportunities are open to all.

The 2024 finalists represent the exceptional dedication and leadership of women and their advocates who have made significant impacts promoting equity and innovation in the technology industry.

Insight's finalists this year are:

Amy Hall: Rising Star of the Year - Solution Provider

Amy Hall, director, partner management and alliances, Insight, has successfully expanded thought leadership efforts with key partners on data and AI strategies. Her passion, leadership, and drive for success have been invaluable to our partner team's growth.

Brenda Hudson: Executive Mentor of the Year - Solution Provider

Brenda Hudson, SVP of commercial sales, sales enablement, and learning and development at Insight, has over the past year mentored more than 50 colleagues at various career stages. Her engaging leadership style, based on the principle that "people will not remember what you said to them, but how you made them feel," has resulted in several promotions to executive levels among her mentees.

Joy Levine-Winn: Role Model of the Year - Solution Provider

Joy Levine-Winn, vice president, services, Insight, mentored and coached several young professionals within Insight and the industry, sharing her insights on personal branding, leadership, sales acumen, and communication, and helping them prepare for job opportunities. She has volunteered as a speaker at internal events and the Women in Cloud Leadership Summit, where she shared her expertise on cloud computing, building a brand, and the importance of mentors.

Judith Breen: Woman of the Year - Solution Provider

Judith Breen, VP of partner alliances and portfolio solutions, Insight Canada, has played a critical role in helping channel partners and clients navigate a rapidly changing market. Her deep industry understanding, and strong relationships have enabled her to identify growth opportunities positioning partners and clients for long-term success.

Megan Amdahl: Woman of the Year - Solution Provider

Megan Amdahl, SVP of client experience and North America COO at Insight, spearheaded the transformation of the sales organization to align with Insight's solutions integrator portfolio, completing the program in 11 months instead of 18. Her partner management team generated over $270 million in gross profit in 2023, leading to her promotion as North America COO, overseeing operations and a global team of approximately 2,400 employees.

Narine Galstian: Marketing Executive of the Year - Solution Provider

Narine Galstian, CMO, SADA, positioned the company as a top Google Cloud Partner by generating thousands of qualified leads at Google Cloud Next '23 and '24. She also spearheaded aggressive GTM initiatives for SADA's AI services, establishing SADA as a leading partner for Google Cloud in GenAI pipeline generation.

The UK celebration will take place Oct. 10 in London. These nominations reflect Insight's commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and spotlights individuals who are not only tackling gender issues, but are making diversity, in all senses, a priority within their business.
