Traffic stop leads to drug arrest in city of Ogdensburg

On August 20, 2024, Troop B- Violent Gangs and Narcotics Enforcement Team charged Nathaniel A. Picardi, age 33, of Greene, New York, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd (A-II Felony), two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (B-Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd, Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration. The charges stem from a traffic stop conducted by the New York State Trooperson New York Avenue, in the city of Ogdensburg, during which PICARDI was found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, a scale and plastic baggies.

A search of the vehicle and other occupants resulted in Miranda J. Graham, age 37, of Hillsdale, NY , Emily R. Dziamba, age 36, of Hudson, NY and Naomi A. Greene, age 41, of Elizaville, NY, were each arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. GREENE was additionally charged with Criminal Use Drug Paraphernalia 2nd.

PICARDI was arraigned in town of Canton Court and remanded without bail to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

GREENE, GRAHAM and DZIAMBA were released on Appearance Tickets returnable to the city of Ogdensburg Court for a future court date.
