INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED:Jose Argueta, Age: 27, Easton, New York

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Jose Argueta (27) of Easton, New York and charged him with Rape in the 1st Degree, a class B Felony, Criminal Sex Act in the 1st Degree, a class B Felony, and two (2) counts of Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree, a class D Felony.

During an investigation conducted by the Sheriff's Office it is alleged that Argueta had Sexual Contact and Intercourse with a female who is less than thirteen (13) years old and also had Sexual Contact with a second female victim who is also less than thirteen (13) years old.

Argueta was held for arraignment at Washington County Centralized Arraignment.

Charges Filed: Rape in the 1st Degree, Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree (2 Counts), Criminal Sex Act 1st Degree
