INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested David J. Lewis (36) for Failure to Properly Register as a Sex Offender Failure to Personally Report, a Class E Felony, and Failure to Properly Register as a Sex Offender, Failure to Provide an Updated Photograph, a Class E Felony. An investigation determined that David J. Lewis had failed to appear for the purpose of providing a current address and failed to provide an updated photograph when required to do so under New York State Law.

Lewis was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment and held without bail.
