INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Nicole M. Rosado, age 33, after an investigation determined that Rosado assaulted another incarcerated individual, causing physical injury while being confined to the Washington County Jail.

Rosado was arraigned in Washington County CAP Court where she was remanded to the Washington County Jail where she is being held on unrelated charges. Rosado is scheduled to appear in Fort Edward Town Court at a later date.
