The KeepWell Mark - Ibec's workplace wellbeing accreditation is evolving
September 03, 2024The KeepWell Mark provides companies with a best-in-class framework, backed by Ibec experts, to measure and enhance workplace wellbeing.
Reflecting the evolving scope of workplace wellbeing and the future of work, Ibec is restructuring the existing KeepWell Mark framework. Adding two new pillars, Inclusion and Belonging and Talent Support and Development will become part of the 8 core pillars of wellbeing.
The KeepWell Mark is a formal evidence based accreditation awarded to companies of all sizes recognising Best-in-Class workplace wellbeing pioneers as well as companies who are striving to improve their workplace wellbeing strategy.
