Meigs County: Construction Update

The following projects are anticipated to affect highways in Meigs County. All outlined work is weather permitting. Click on each route to see its location at OHGO.com.

U.S. 33 CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIRS (Phase 1 of 3)
A concrete pavement repair project is taking place on U.S. 33, between Bashan Road and Tornado Road. U.S. 33 East is closed in this section. U.S. 33 Eastbound traffic will take the following detour: Exit left to Bashan Road, turn right onto Bashan Road, turn left onto Tornado Road, continue straight onto Portland Road, turn right onto U.S. 33 east. Westbound traffic is being maintained on U.S. 33.
Phase 1 Estimated Completion: August 8

STATE ROUTE 7 CONCRETE BRIDGE DECK OVERLAY
A concrete bridge deck overlay project is taking place on SR 7, between Laurel Cliff Road and Howell Hill Road. Lane closures are in place.

A concrete bridge deck overlay project is taking place on SR 7, between Collins Road and Union Avenue. One lane is closed. Traffic is being maintained with temporary signals.
