Kramer Levin Reaffirms Its Commitment to Mansfield Certification for 2024-2025 Cycle

Kramer Levin is proud to announce the firm's recommitment to the Mansfield Certification for the 2024-25 cycle. Mansfield is a year-long, structured certification process designed to ensure all law firm talent has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership positions. Launched in 2017, the goal of the Mansfield Rule is to boost the representation of diverse attorneys in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of candidates considered for those opportunities.

To be certified for the most recent Mansfield Rule, participating law firms must, among other requirements, commit to expanding talent pools to include at least 30% historically underrepresented lawyers for leadership positions, increase transparency around job opportunities and expectations, and complete a series of check-ins with Diversity Lab to ensure submission punctuality.
