Notice of Traffic Signal Shut-Downs

Burbank, CA (September 13, 2024) - Please be advised that the City of Burbank has contracted with International Line Builders (ILB) for the Glenoaks Blvd and First St Signal Improvement Project. During this phase of the project, ILB will be conducting electrical work, switching signal wiring, and installing signal poles at the intersections listed below beginning September 16, 2024 through September 24, 2024, between the hours of 8:30AM - 3:30PM. During this phase of construction, the traffic signals at these intersections will be shut down, and the signal indications will be dark. Traffic will operate as an All-Way Stop at each intersection.

To ensure safety, the contractor will place STOP signs and other temporary traffic control measures at the affected intersections.

Schedule of Signal Shut-Downs:

1. Glenoaks/Cypress , Monday 9-16-24 and Tuesday 9-17-24

2. Glenoaks/Magnolia, Wednesday 9-18-24 and Thursday 9-19-24

3. Glenoaks/Orange Grove, Monday 9-23-24 and Thursday 9-24-24
