The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Enterprise Jonah Gas gathering Company LLC (F002344, P0036230):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Enterprise Jonah Gas Gathering Company LLC to modify Air Quality Permits P0033271 and P0033165, such that following inconsistencies in permit condition language are resolved: testing and maintenance requirements for the Caterpillar G3516BLE generator engine (ENG014), representation of equipment removed from the facility (ENG010, HET001, ENG013), specific requirements for the Leak Detection and Repairs Program (LDAR), and description of routing of vapors from condensate flash tanks to the flare (FLR001). Enterprise Gas Gathering Company LLC has requested that in addition to the permit modifications that all active NSR construction/modification permits be consolidated for the Falcon Compressor Station, located in the NW¼ of Section 36, T30N, R108W, approximately thirteen (13) miles southwest of Big Sandy, in Sublette County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F002344 and permit number P0036230 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sublette County Library, Pinedale, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sublette County Clerk's Office, Pinedale, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
