Court orders have been issued to support South Kesteven District Council's work to combat antisocial behaviour, which have resulted in the partial closure of two council bungalows.
A Partial Closure Order restricts access by certain individuals, while permitting access to support agencies and emergency services, along with employees and contractors of SKDC.
They are put in place to disrupt any exploitation, allowing the tenant to remain at their property and to positively engage with support services.
Cabinet Member for Housing, Cllr Virginia Moran, said: "I am pleased to be able to report that our Housing Team secured two Partial Closure Orders that should make life easier for those living in neighbouring properties.
"In each of these cases, the communities had been subjected to ongoing anti-social behaviour, from the tenants and by visitors to the properties.
"As a responsible social landlord, SKDC has a duty to support our tenants to deal with any kind of problem they may come across. People should be comfortable enough to report these issues to ourselves or the police, confident in the knowledge that we will take appropriate action to achieve results."
The Partial Closure Orders, for two properties in Stamford, were granted at Boston Magistrates' Court under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 and apply for three months.
It means that if named individuals are discovered or reported to be at the property, Lincolnshire Police now have the power of arrest and can pursue them through the criminal process.
The printed notice is posted at each entrance to the property as a deterrent to unwelcome visitors, who face prison and/or an unlimited fine of the Order is breached.
