Cundiff’s symposium accepted at the Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society Conference

Management and Organizational Behavior Teaching Society is a professional organization dedicated to enhancing the teaching and research of management and organizational behavior. The organization provides a platform for members to exchange ideas, share resources and improve education in the field. The society hosts an annual conference in the United States, where members can present their research, participate in panel discussions and network with other professionals in the field.
In June of 2024, Nicole Cundiff, a clinical associate professor in the Department of Management, along with her coauthors, had their symposium titled "Consulting as a Capstone Course: Bringing Real world Projects into the Classroom" accepted at the society's conference. The passage explores integrating real-world consulting projects into capstone courses to develop student skills like teamwork and problem solving. Presenters shared experiences working with diverse clients and teaching strategies adaptable to various formats. The session's interactive activities helped attendees apply these methods at their institutions.
