Arman Yeghoyan receives students of Jean Monnet Summer School

On September 5, the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration Arman Yeghoyan received the students of Jean Monnet Summer School organized by the Eurasia International University titled International and EU Law and Politics in the Context of Geopolitical Turbulences in the European Eastern Neighbourhood.

Welcoming the participants, who arrived in Armenia, Arman Yeghoyan highlighted the implementation of similar educational programmes.

The meeting was held in Q&A session. The young people inquired about the enhancing cooperation between Armenia and European Union and the opportunity of joing the EU in the future. The questions of some European students referred to the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and the process of signing peace treaty between the sides.

Arman Yeghoyan touched upon the problems of regional security, emphasized the efforts made by the Government of Armenia in the establishment of long-lasting peace in the South Caucasus.
