Missing girl located - Lambton

A girl missing from Newcastle region has been located safe and well.

The 12-year-old was last seen in Lambton yesterday.

Following inquiries, including geo-targeted message, she was located in Waratah West, about 3.35am this morning.

Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
