Weekly Lane Closure Advisory for the Transform 285/400 Project

WHAT: Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation contractors will close lanes on I-285 eastbound and westbound and SR 400 northbound and southbound for construction activities. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds, and detours in some areas.

*NOTES:Work schedule updates can be made daily. Check the project web page often for the latest updates. Detour information is shown using red text.

Closures marked with **/++ - Only one of these closures will be implemented.

Daytime Closures:

Saturday, July 27, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • One right or left lane on SR 400 northbound from Abernathy Road to Spalding Drive
  • Rolling closure on SR 400 southbound from Pitts Road to Glenridge Connector

Sunday, July 28, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • One right or left lane on SR 400 southbound from North Spring MARTA Station to I-285
  • Rolling closure on SR 400 northbound from Glenridge Connector to Pitts Road

Monday, July 22, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Two right lanes on I-285 westbound from Peachtree Dunwoody Road to Glenridge Drive
  • Two right lanes on SR 400 northbound CD lanes from Hammond Drive to Mount Vernon Highway
  • Two left lanes on SR 400 southbound CD lanes from Mount Vernon Highway to Hammond Drive
