Congratulations to Danielle Tauriello from the Library for completing her Green Belt!

For her project, Danielle studied the steps and stops the Materials Management staff at the Library take in their daily work. Using the Define, Measure, and Analyze steps, along with a Spaghetti Diagram, she mapped out how staff move through this large, well-organized space. What a great opportunity to explore additional improvements that could enhance efficiency for everyone!
