Stacey Woodward is Citywide Employee of the Month

Congratulations Stacey Woodward for being awarded September Citywide Employee of the Month during a recent City Council Special Recognition meeting.

Stacey, Titusville Police Department's (TPD) Professional Standards Accreditation and Accountability Manager, a valued team member for 16 years, received this prestigious recognition because of her career-long dedication and embodiment of professionalism, along with emulating and enforcing the highest workplace standards of our law enforcement agency.

Specifically, Stacey researches, produces, maintains and implements agencywide policies, procedures and general orders. Her expertise is far reaching, as she is often tapped by multiple law enforcement agencies local, state and nationwide, to share her opinions and expert knowledge within this discipline.

In addition, Stacey's above and beyond work ethic has provided a pathway for TPD's upcoming esteemed achievement of an EXCELSIOR (5-time) accreditation status with the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation, Inc. (CFA). This highest level of official CFA recognition examines and evaluates TPD's agency's best practices and occurs every 3 years.

Lastly, Stacey is a member of our department's peer support group. As a member of this volunteer position, she is accessible 24/7 to department team members and provides confidential compassionate council with the end goal of supporting their mental wellbeing.

"Stacey's unsurpassed commitment to excellence knows no bounds", said Professional Standards Major Tyler Wright. "Her continued vigilance has afforded many of our agency's accomplishments, facilitating a mission of distinction,

and we are grateful and honored to have her on our team", added Wright.
