Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 8:32 AM, Troopers arrested, Harold Smith, age 52, of 259 Fuller Avenue, Central Falls, Rhode Island for Violation of a Domestic No Contact Order - 3rd Offense (Felony). The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation conducted by Troopers and the subject responding to Superior Court. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

At 11:14 PM, Troopers arrested Arthur Macrae, age 37, of 278 Weeden Street, Apt. 14, Pawtucket, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Shoplifting, originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.??

At 1:30 AM, Troopers arrested Marcus Espinal, age 27 of 414 Janice Kay Place, Kissimmee, Florida for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bucklin Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
