Equifax Recognized as One of America's Best Companies by TIME

EQUIFAX HAS BEEN NAMED to the inaugural TIME Magazine list of America's Best Midsize Companies, for organizations based in the U.S. with annual revenue between $100 million and $10 billion. Equifax demonstrated strong performance in employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency. This recognition highlights the company's commitment to its workforce, strong financial performance, and responsible business practices.

"This recognition is an acknowledgement of our execution against our EFX2026 strategic priorities," said Mark W. Begor, Equifax Chief Executive Officer. "We're delivering strong non-mortgage revenue growth, moving towards completion of our Equifax Cloud transformation, and leveraging our new Cloud capabilities to accelerate new product roll-outs that 'Only Equifax' can provide. We are confident in the future of the New Equifax as we invest in new products, data, analytics, and EFX.AI capabilities."

The TIME list draws on a survey of 170,000 U.S. workers and publicly available company data to measure performance across three key areas:

  • Employee satisfaction, assessed through direct and indirect recommendations, along with employee ratings of the company's image, work atmosphere, working conditions, salary, and equality.

  • Revenue growth, with companies required to have at least $100 million in revenue (but less than $10 billion) in 2022 or 2023, and show positive revenue growth in the last three years.

  • Sustainability transparency measured based on standardized Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics. These include carbon emissions, board diversity, human rights policies, and whether the company has published a corporate social responsibility report.

"We are proud that the satisfaction of our talented employees and the recognition of our commitment to transparent, responsible business practices are primary drivers for our recognition as one of TIME Magazine's Best Midsize Companies," said Carla Chaney, Chief Human Resources Officer at Equifax. "Our passionate people are the driving force behind our growth, innovation and overall success."
