Covington Advises Masdar in Acquisition of 50% Stake in Terra-Gen

WASHINGTON-Covington advised Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC - Masdar in connection with its acquisition of a 50 percent stake in Terra-Gen Power Holdings II, LLC, one of the largest independent renewable energy producers in the United States, from Energy Capital Partners.

Masdar is one of the world's fastest-growing renewable energy companies and a global clean energy pioneer. The transaction further cements Masdar's position in the U.S. clean energy market.
