TQL named to Newsweek's 2024 America's Top Most Loved Workplace list

TQL ranked 21st among 200 U.S. companies based on outstanding employee sentiment and satisfaction

Cincinnati (Oct. 2, 2024) - Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the second-largest freight brokerage in North America and one of the largest global third-party logistics firms, has been named to Newsweek's annual America's Top Most Loved Workplaces® list for the third time. The company debuted on the list in 2022. TQL ranked 21st this year.

The results were determined after surveying more than 2.6 million employees from businesses with workforces varying in size from less than 50 to more than 10,000. The list recognizes companies that put respect, caring, and appreciation for their employees at the center of their business.

"We prioritize our people and culture," TQL president Kerry Byrne said. "Our spot on the 2024 America's Top Most Loved Workplaces® list is a testament to our 9,000+ hard-working, energetic and driven employees."

The list was compiled by Best Practices Institute evaluating employee survey scores and analyzing external public ratings from sites such as Comparably, Careerbliss, Glassdoor, Indeed and Google. Newsweek then conducted editorial research on every company before the final list of 200 companies and their rankings were completed.

"It's inspiring to see the list expand this year to 200 companies, a clear indication that organizations are truly committed to creating workplaces where employees feel valued and connected. We're thrilled to celebrate their achievements as this recognition continues to grow," Newsweek Global Editor in Chief Nancy Cooper said.
