Utility Work Begins Tuesday in Harrison and Ross Townships

Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing utility work on Route 1001 (Freeport Road), Route 4009 (Babcock Boulevard), and Route 4016 (Siebert Road) in Harrison and Ross townships, Allegheny County will begin Tuesday, July 30 weather permitting.

​Starting Tuesday, single-lane restrictions will occur in each direction weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday, August 16 at the following intersections:

  • Freeport Road at Springhill Road in Harrison Township
  • Babcock Boulevard at Evergreen Road in Ross Township
  • Siebert Road at Babcock Boulevard in Ross Township

    Crews from JMT Inc., Navarro and Wright, and All Ways Safe will conduct signal work at the intersected listed above.
