BRIDGE Housing's hollywoodHUB project has officially closed, meaning construction on this 222-unit affordable housing development can now begin. hollywoodHUB is the largest project to receive Portland Housing Bureau funds to date.

Located on the former site of the Hollywood Transit Center, residents at hollywoodHUB will have fantastic access to the MAX and multiple bus lines, as well as grocery stores, parks, and other essential amenities. 125 units will contain 2-3 bedrooms for families.

Hacienda CDC will provide culturally-specific services on-site, along with POIC+RAHS, IRCO Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization and Urban Gleaners. 55 units will be supported by Project-Based Section 8 vouchers. The building will include a community room, bike parking, and courtyard. The project is designed by Holst Architecture and will be built by O'Neill/Walsh Community Builders.

hollywoodHUB is the only project to be funded by both the Portland Housing Bond and the Metro Housing Bond. It is also the final Portland Housing Bond project to break ground, meaning that all 15 Portland Bond projects are now open or in construction. Both Bonds are far exceeding all major goals - thank you to the voters of the city and region for supporting affordable housing!
