Carriero Named Senior Director, System Resource Management

Carin Carriero has been named senior director of system resource management at Kaleida Health.

In this role, she will have added responsibilities for the leadership and alignment of staffing offices across Kaleida Health. She will also assist in setting strategic priorities and implementation of technology as it relates to staffing and resource management.

Carriero started with Kaleida Health in 2015 as a business advisor. She has most recently served as senior director of financial performance operations, where she led the standardization and optimization of staffing management, position review process and agency.

Carriero received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Ithaca College and her Master of Business Administration - Healthcare Management from Clarkson University. She also received an associate degree in nursing from Erie Community College. She is the Supervisory Committee chairperson for the Kaleida Health Federal Credit Union and member of Healthcare Executive Forum, an Independent Chapter of American College of Healthcare Executives.
