Pathward’s Tax Call Center Among Global Contact Center Award Finalists

Center manager - Heather Sheeler also earns recognition from the International Customer Management Institute.

The International Customer Management Institute has announced the finalists of its 2024 ICMI Global Contact Center Awards, and Pathward®, N.A. is one of four finalists named in the Best Medium Contact Center category.

ICMI also recognized Pathward's Heather Sheeler as one of four finalists in the Best Contact Center Manager category.  According to ICMI, "the awards honor and recognize the companies, contact centers and individuals leading the industry forward."

"We are excited and honored to be recognized as a team and to see Heather honored individually by the ICMI and look forward to October when winners are announced," said Division President of Pathward's Tax strategic business line, Mike Lister. "Our Contact Center, led by Jennifer Walls and her leadership team of Sheeler, Chrystal Alvey and Rhett Hill, is the front line of our company. The team does so much for Pathward's tax brands, EPS and Refund Advantage, such as enrolling tax offices in our programs and training them. Using a variety of online tools and technology, they also provide support for all of our products and online features and the entire tax program, helping millions of taxpayers with their tax refund processing through more than 38,000 enrolled tax offices. The team also manages many outbound call campaigns in support of Pathward's entire Tax team."

ICMI will announce the winners of the 13 award categories on Oct. 23 during its Contact Center Expo in Orlando, Florida. Pathward will have representatives at the event to support industry innovation and collaboration.
