Yury Slyusar appointed Acting Governor of the Rostov Region

Following the announcement by Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev that he is resigning from his post as Governor of the Rostov Region, the President ordered to accept Vasily Golubev's resignation and appoint Yury Slyusar Acting Governor of the Rostov Region until a newly elected Governor is sworn in.
