Ashtabula, OH - August 9, 2024 - Ashtabula County is proud to announce that Commissioner Kathryn Whittington has been reappointed as Subcommittee Vice Chair of the Human Services and Education Policy Steering Committee for the National Association of Counties (NACo). In this capacity, Commissioner Whittington will continue her vital work in helping shape national policies related to human services and education.
