Hope Valley Barracks

At 10:55 PM, Troopers arrested Kyle Lopes, age 38, of 48 Sumner Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for 1.) Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on West Warwick Avenue in the Town of West Warwick. Lopes was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and subsequently transported to the Providence Police Department.
