Negative Declaration

Wayne County - The Town of Lyons Town Board , as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NY Lyons I, LLC, & NY Lyons II, LLC - State Route 14 Solar Farm Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of two separate Solar Energy Systems (5.0 MWac each) totaling together approximately a 10 Megawatt ac Solar Farm to be constructed on two separate lots identified as "NY Lyons I, LLC on 74.23 +/- acre lot with a project area of 29.85 +/- acres" and "NY Lyons II, LLC on a 44.84 +/- acre lot with a project area of 29.50 +/- acres" totaling approximately 59.35 +/- acres of project area out of a 168.75 +/- acre parcel of land owned by Smith Family Acres, LLC. This application also includes subdivision and site plan review. The project is located 716 and 816 State Route 14 in the Town of Lyons, New York.
