On Sunday, August 18th, 2024 at 8:14 AM, Troopers arrested Michele D. Thibault, age 42, of 235 Central Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island on an active Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review, on the original charge of Domestic Violence - Violation of No Contact Order - First Offense, originating out of the East Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Zinnia house for reports of a disturbance. Ms. Thibault was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute Women's Intake Center.
