On October 5, 2024, Ernest J. Waters retired from the Board of Directors of The York Water Company pursuant to the Company's retirement policy. Mr. Waters had been a director of the Company for 17 years starting in September 2007. On the date of his retirement, Mr. Waters served as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Waters will be designated as a Director Emeritus.
