Knox Road Student Housing Reaches Susbtantial Completion

Donohoe Construction has achieved substantial completion of the Knox Road Student Housing project located in College Park, Maryland. The building was developed by Aspen Heights and designed by BSB Design, Inc.

The project is adjacent to the University of Maryland campus and creates a mixed-use environment, featuring two buildings that provide a total of 129 multifamily student housing units. Each unit is designed from a diverse floorplan with modern layouts and in-demand finishes. The exterior of both buildings displays a vibrant, contemporary palette that pay homage to both the state and the university colors.

Other amenities include upscale residential lounges, a contemporary clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a swimming pool with sun deck. Additionally, the project includes 2,080 square feet of commercial/retail space with streetscape improvements. The building is open and already has welcomed its first student residents into the community.
