UPDATE: Surveillance Photos of Suspect in January Fatal Shooting at 1415 South Loop West

August 6, 2024- Houston police have released surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a man and wounding of another at 1415 South Loop West (South Interstate Highway 610 West) about 8:25 p.m. on Jan. 16.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue sweatpants, black shoes and black mask. Surveillance photos of the suspect are attached to this news release.

The deceased victim is identified as Naseli Samuel Leon Okha, 40.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Davidson and L. Brooks reported:

HPD officers responded to a shooting call in the parking lot of a business at the above address and found the male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced Mr. Okha deceased at the scene.

Another male, 36, suffered a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators located surveillance images of the suspect, armed with a weapon.
