Mansfield Certification, administered by Diversity Lab, is designed to increase the representation of historically underrepresented groups in law firm leadership through a structured, data-driven approach. Through its participation in the certification process, Wyrick Robbins has enhanced the transparency and accessibility of leadership opportunities. Specifically, at least 30% of candidates considered for key leadership roles, promotions, client service teams, and other critical opportunities must be from historically underrepresented groups, including racial or ethnic minorities, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities. By embedding the program's accountability, transparency, and knowledge sharing standards into its talent practices, Wyrick Robbins can help ensure that all members of its workforce have a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for leadership roles.
