The Allstate Foundation empowers young changemakers with college service grants

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Nov 1, 2024-The Allstate Foundation, in collaboration with the Center for Expanding Leadership & Opportunity (CELO), granted $10,000 each to 50 colleges and universities. These funds will go directly to youth-led, youth driven service programs on campuses across the country. It's part of The Allstate Foundation's national strategy to empower youth to serve and improve communities.

"We believe youth have innovative ideas for creating impact in their communities, so it's important for us to equip and empower them with resources to transform their ideas into action," said Greg Weatherford II, Director, The Allstate Foundation and Social Impact. "These national grants are designed to put more dollars into the hands of youth leaders, rallying other youth beside them to accelerate positive change where they live."
