The CMFA completed the issuance of $50,910,000 in bonds for the South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC) to refinance the renovation, construction, improvement and equipping of the South Central Los Angeles Regional Center for Developmentally Disabled Persons Project located in the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California.
