On Tuesday, November 12th, the City of Pompano Beach will hold three Special Meetings.

The Special Joint Meeting is a presentation regarding the Term Sheet and an Interlocal Agreement among the City of Pompano Beach, Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, and Broward County pursuant to the Term Sheet addressing the redevelopment and conveyance of the Broward County Retention/Detention parcel located within the boundaries of the Downtown Pompano Transit Oriented Corridor Project area in exchange for approximately 3.838 acres of land and improvements containing the Annie L. Weaver Center, located at 2011 N.W. 3rd Avenue.

The Special Joint Meeting will recess, and the Special CRA Meeting will convene. The CRA Resolutions approving the Term Sheet, Interlocal Agreement, and a Third Amendment to the Property Disposition and Development Agreement with ICG ABCD 52, LLC and ICG CGP 58, LLC will be considered, and public comment will be allowed. The Special CRA Meeting will adjourn and the Special City Commission Meeting will convene. The City Resolutions approving the Term Sheet and Interlocal Agreement will be considered, and public comment will be allowed.
