Groundbreaking Ceremony for the New Animal Shelter

Lincoln County is excited to announce a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Lincoln County Animal Shelter. The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 9 at the shelter site on Dahl Avenue in Waldport.

The ceremony will be held rain or shine, so please prepare for inclement weather.
