What to expect at VLC

The VLC experience is like no other meeting in veterinary medicine:

  • Expand and develop leadership skills.
  • Explore current hot topics in veterinary medicine.
  • Learn how the AVMA operates.
  • Meet colleagues from all walks of our profession.
  • Connect with leaders of state, specialty and allied veterinary organizations.
  • Earn up to 9 hours of CE credit.

New this year, attendees will be connected in teams prior to the actual conference, so relationship-building will start well before we come together in Chicago. Also new is an improv workshop that will release and enhance your communication skills by focusing on the fundamental rule of improvisation: "Yes, AND." Learn more about these and other special events.
