The conference is the veterinary profession's premier leadership development event, attracting colleagues from all walks of veterinary medicine to collaborate, connect, and build skills and relationships.

What to expect at VLC

The VLC experience is like no other meeting in veterinary medicine:

New this year, attendees will be connected in teams prior to the actual conference, so relationship-building will start well before we come together in Chicago. Also new is an improv workshop that will release and enhance your communication skills by focusing on the fundamental rule of improvisation: "Yes, AND."
