#StrengtheningPartnerships| Creative partnerships are essential for transforming agrifood systems in Pacific Island Countries.
These collaborations unite a variety of stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, the private sector, development organisations, and research institutions, to address the specific challenges encountered by the region.
These remarks were made by the Minister for Agriculture and Waterways, Hon. Vatimi Rayalu, during the plenary session focused on 'Partnerships for the Blue Pacific Continent's Agrifood Systems Transformation.'
Creative partnership plays a crucial role in facilitating the transformation of agrifood systems in several ways and these can be achieved through:

Resource Mobilization
Policy Development and Implementation

Hon. Rayalu said by fostering creative partnerships, the Pacific region can develop a more robust, sustainable and inclusive agrifood system that serves the interests of all its residents.
