The exponential pace of technology-driven change accelerated by AI is creating a major opportunity for leaders to dramatically elevate their business model, making it more relevant, customer focused, and, above all, highly profitable.

Burrus

By learning to separate the Hard Trends that will happen from the Soft Trends that might happen, leaders can accurately anticipate technology-driven disruptions before they disrupt, problems before they happen, customers' needs before they express them, and game-changing opportunities before the competition.

AI-driven tools and strategies are revolutionizing the way leaders and their employees solve problems, drive successful innovation, and execute strategy. By leveraging AI in a safe and secure way, leaders can gain unprecedented insights into their organization and how it performs as well as gleaning insights into customer behavior patterns that expose strategies for creating hyper-personalized experiences to grow brand loyalty and consumer engagement.

In this eye-opening and motivating presentation by the global technology futurist, disruptive innovation expert, serial entrepreneur, and New York Times bestselling author of seven books, Burrus shares the most important trends shaping the future and the opportunities they provide. As a strategic adviser to both the military and leading companies on AI, he will bring clarity to the current and future state of AI technology and its potential to free up human resources to focus on higher-value activities that will foster a new level of innovation and growth.

Mastering these capabilities, along with the strategic and safe implementation of AI, will position leaders and their organization to turn disruption and change into opportunity and advantage, driving innovation and profitable growth.
