On October 1, 2024, members from the Special Victims Unit and the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Alexander Kores, age 39, of 195 Scapa Flow Road, Charlestown, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Two (2) counts of Child Molestation - First Degree; 2) Sexual Assault - First Degree; and 3) Child Molestation - Second Degree. Mr. Kores was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transport to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men's Intake Center.
